Use

The overview screen gives you a list of the selected WBS elements and the processing status of the respective construction progress report. You can create or change specific construction progress report activities for individual WBS elements. If a construction progress report already exists you can change or display it.

Features

Application Toolbar

On the application toolbar there are several functions available:

·        To get to the display overview screen choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with quick info Display Construction Progress Report.

·        To change to the processing screen and enter or change a construction progress report activity, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with quick info Maintain Construction Progress Report.

·        Other standard functions are search, print and layout functions. For more information on these functions, see SAP Library under Cross-Application Components ® General Application Functions ®SAP List Viewer (ALV): Classic.

Table

In the table you have a list of the selected WBS elements and their statuses, which displays the state of processing of the construction progress report. In the table columns, header data for the construction progress report is displayed.

The construction progress report can have the following processing statuses.

Processing status

No construction progress report exists for the WBS element for the selection criteria Fiscal Year and Period.

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text

A construction progress report exists for a previous period for the WBS element, but not for the current period. The current period is determined by the selection criteria Fiscal Year and Period.

A construction progress report exists for the WBS element for the current period. The current period is determined by the selection criteria Fiscal Year and Period.

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text

The WBS element is not valid for the construction progress report.

Example

For the example the following assumptions are made:

·         You have a project called Construction shell with the following WBS elements: Foundations, Interior Construction Work and Grounds.

·         There are construction progress report activities for the periods 2002/01 and 2002/02 assigned to the WBS element Foundations.

·         There are also construction progress report activities for the periods 2002/03 and 2002/04 assigned to the WBS element Interior Construction Work.

·         No construction progress reports exist for the WBS element Grounds.

·         The fiscal year is 2002 and the period is 04.

If you enter the project Construction Shell, fiscal year 2002 and period 04 for the selection criteria, the following items appear on the overview screen:
