Worklist 
You can view your GP worklist (the list of your current and completed tasks) from within the Guided Procedures environment. In addition, you can use the universal worklist (UWL) of the SAP NetWeaver Portal.

In addition to the tasks pertaining to your Portal work areas, the UWL contains your complete worklist from the Business Workplace (transaction BSWP) of the connected SAP Systems. |

You can access your GP tasks using the Universal Worklist also when GP runs on the built-in Java processing engine. |
You can use the central parameter system.workflowengine to determine whether you want to use the Business Workflow connectivity of Guided Procedures. This parameter is independent of any other settings you make. You can find this parameter in the Visual Administrator in the service caf/eu/gp/model. The parameter can have the following values:
● local (disables connectivity)
● bwf (enables connectivity)

Since
the release of SAP NetWeaver 2004 SPS04, the UWL has been an integral part of
the Default Portal Content. You access the UWL on the top navigation
level using Home ® Work. The Home tab is covered by the Standard
User portal role (eu_role). For more information, refer to the
