Saving Reports 

The program allows you to save an output list for use later on.

Saving an Output List

When you run the program, on the selection screen, choose Save Result Permanently.

When you choose , the system automatically saves the output list.

Displaying a Saved Output List

       1.      On the selection screen, choose Saved Data.

       2.      Enter data as follows:

¡        Company Code

Enter the company code that is covered by the list.

¡        Report Name

Enter the report name. The name consists of the batch input session name and the date and time of list creation. For example, in the report name VAT20X2912___X202042023, the batch input session name is VAT20X212, the date is 4 February 20X2, and the time is 20:23.
