Repatriation Phase 
Shortly before the end of the assignment, the home manager has to reintegrate the global employee by finding a new assignment for him or her and trigger the necessary steps (contact the home country HR department to book flights and prepare the relocation and to change the employee’s master data accordingly). Of course, this can be done by means of workflows. For example, you are reminded to set a date for the employee’s repatriation and to find the employee a new personnel assignment.
The global assignment is drawing to a close.
The global assignment ends and the employee returns to his home country, unless otherwise agreed.
The employee’s infotypes are delimited in the host country and created in either the sending or the home country. If the employee is sent to another country, execute personnel action Assignment Planning (81). If not, use the standard personnel action Reentry into company to reintegrate him/her.
At this stage, the global employee is either reintegrated in his home country or sent to another country.
