Performing Evaluations and Running Reports 

Use

Transaction Evaluate Appraisal Documents (PHAP_SEARCH_PA) is available to enable you to perform evaluations and run reports for appraisal documents.

The transaction allows you to perform the following activities:

·         Create ranking lists

·         Export documents to Microsoft Excel

·         Perform analyses

o        Compare appraisal documents

o        Determine total values

o        Determine average values

Prerequisites

To create a ranking list, the appraisal documents must have the status Completed or Closed Approved.

You must have the necessary authorizations to perform evaluations.

Procedure

1.       Call transaction PHAP_SEARCH_PA

2.       Choose the underlying appraisal template.

3.       Enter search criteria to specify your search

4.       Choose Execute.

Result

The system displays the evaluation/report your require.
