Household checks 

Household checks are an integration of remuneration from INPS for employees in charge of family households and with limited income.

Infotype 0160 (subtype of infotype 0021) contains the necessary elements for calculating the amount due to the employee.

Process

       1.      The system chooses between two alternative types of household check management, i.e.

○     at household level (subtype 0001)

○     at household member level:

■      for the employer (subtype 0002)

■      for other members (subtype 0003)

       2.      A feature activates the various subtypes of infotype 0160 according to the chosen type of household check.

       3.      The system eventually controls the features of the employee and of the household members in order to determine the entitlement to receive the check and to calculate the latter’s amount.

Example: age of household members

       4.      A report, which has to be used on a monthly basis, checks the employees whose entitlement to receive the household check is expiring. The following information describes the features of the upcoming event and indicates the corresponding corrections of the system to the user.

Outcome

The program calculates the amount of the household check due to the employee while calculating his/her monthly remuneration.
