Formula

The SAP system uses the following formula for calculating the reinstatement bonus:

Reinstatement days * Daily wage * Rounding factor LFACT

Reinstatement days = (Seniority years * Wage days p. seniority year) + (Wage days per seniority year * Seniority days / Days per year)

Settings

●     To pay the reinstatement bonus, the system uses 20 wage days per service year in the company. However, this number can be modified using the Implementation Guide, section Payroll Mexico ® Special payments ® Termination ® Constants ® Determine days for reinstatement bonus.
