Global Employee Compensation Calculation Overview (GECCO) 

Purpose

In addition to offer letters, you can generate Global Employee Compensation Calculation Overviews (GECCOs). A GECCO is an up-to-date overview in Adobe ® PDF or Microsoft ® Word format of the global employee’s compensation package following changes due to company policy updates, life events or inflation.

The GECCO can be generated anytime on the basis of the information you have stored in infotype Compensation Package Offer (0706).

Prerequisites

You must have performed the activities under Compensation Package > Offer Letter and Gecco > Set Up Office Templates in the Implementation Guide for Management of Global Employees.
