Roles (Recruitment) 

The roles in Recruitment contain the relevant user profiles. These profiles determine access to start pages, applications, data overviews, and objects in SAP E-Recruiting.

To be able to use roles, you must assign a reference user to each role. For more information, see Implementation Guide (IMG) for SAP E-Recruiting under Technical Settings → User Administration.

For the subarea of Recruitment in the standard system, the following roles are available for user interfaces that use Business Server Pages (BSP) technology:

●      (Internal) Candidate

●      (External) Candidate

●      (Unregistered) Candidate – Service User

●      Administrator

●      Data Entry Clerk

●      Recruiter

●      Restricted Recruiter

●      Decision Maker

●      Requester

●      Manager

●      Search Engine Access
