You use this program to cancel withholding tax certificates for vendors.

Note that you cannot cancel withholding tax certificates for customers.

To access the program, from the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting ® Financial Accounting ® Accounts Payable ® Withholding Tax ® India ® Extended Withholding Tax ® Withholding Tax Certificates ® Cancel.

On the selection screen, enter the following data:

• Company code
• The number and date of the original certificate
