Creating Business Partners in Industrial Hygiene and Safety 

Use

This procedure describes how you create a business partner for the business partner roles supplied with the system.

Procedure

       1.      You want to create a business partner role, for example, an External Person. To do this, in the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu choose Basic Data ® Addresses ® External Persons ® Create. The entry screen for the role appears.

       2.      In the application toolbar, choose the business partner category you want to edit. For the role of External Person, for example,  Person is set as default.

       3.      Enter the business partner grouping.

The grouping is used to specify whether the business partner number (key for the business partner) is assigned manually or by the system.

       4.      Enter a business partner number if required and choose  with the quick info text Enter.

       5.      Enter the required data on the business partner and save your entries.

Result

You have created a business partner. The data will be used in the SAP Industrial Hygiene and Safety component.
