Use

You need to regularly monitor payments for continued coverage in order to identify any payments that have not been made within the grace period. The COBRA Overdue Payments Monitor finds overdue payments and allows you to stop participation for the beneficiaries concerned, as required.

You can use this function to monitor payments for health plans, but not contributions for health FSAs.
