Definition

Data concerning uploaded attachments is stored in this infotype.

Use

In Recruitment, data relating to attachments is saved in this infotype. The attachments can be uploaded by a candidate to his or her application documents, for example, or by a member of the support team to the executed activities.

Structure

In this infotype, the following data is stored for an attachment:

●     Attachment Type

●     Attachment (points to the attachment in the document storage for HR objects)

●     Language Key for Current Text Environment

●     Attachment Description

●     Reference to Assigned Data Record for an activity (reference to the activity to which the attachment is assigned)

Subtypes

The following subtypes are available for this infotype:

●     0001 Resume (contains attachments which candidates upload to supplement their curriculum vitae)

●     0002 Talent Relationship Management (currently not used)

●     0003 Requisition Management (contains attachments for requisitions)

●     0004 Applicant Tracking (currently not used)

●     0005 Activities (contains attachments for activities)

●     0006 Activity: E-mail Attach. (contains attachments for correspondence activities)

●     0007 Talent Group (contains attachments for talent groups)
