Defining Sorting and Weighting of Elements 

Use

The Sorting and Weighting function allows you to make the following settings:

·         You can change the sequence of criteria groups in an appraisal template or change the sequence of criteria in a criteria group.

·         You can specify the weighting for the result of a criteria group.

·         You can specify that no weightings are to be assigned for criteria groups.

Procedure

       1.      Position the cursor on a category group.

       2.      In the context menu, choose Sorting and Weighting.

       3.      Define the values you require.

       4.      Save your entries.

Result

You have entered values for the Sorting and Weighting function that fulfill your requirements.
