Matchup with the Exposure Profile 

Use

To guarantee that the ratings in the exposure profile and the risk assessment remain consistent, we recommend that you can run a data matchup at various stages in the process.

Features

The matchup overwrites the rating you entered in the exposure profile with the main rating and the value assignment after check of the risk assessment.

If you have not yet entered the respective agent in the exposure profile, the matchup automatically creates a corresponding entry in the exposure profile. The origin of the entry is displayed in the additional information on the exposure profile entry. You can also enter a comment of any chosen length.

Activities

In accordance with the process described under Performing of Risk Assessments you should run the matchup after the following process steps:

·        After assigning the main rating

·        After assigning the value assignment after check

·        After editing the status

You can also request the data matchup from the context of the risk assessment or from the exposure profile.

From the risk assessment you access the function using  Exposure Profile Matchup; from the exposure profile using  Assessment matchup.
