Managing
E-Mail Templates 
This function allows you to manage e-mail templates which are used in the runtime of Guided Procedures. You can:
● Create e-mail templates
● Display e-mail templates
● Edit e-mail templates
● Delete e-mail templates
You can use a search function to display an overview of all available e-mail templates which you can then update, adjust or recreate as required.

Guided Procedures uses e-mails for various purposes: Here are some examples:
■ Sending an interactive form (as attachment to an e-mail)
■ Sending error reports
■ Sending confirmations, for example of request approvals
You create and administer the corresponding e-mail templates using this function of the Admin Workset.
Guided
Procedures comes with the e-mail template FORM_FILLOUT. This template is preset for the
parameter mime.id.forms.mail in the service caf/eu/gp/model which you can configure in the Visual
Administrator. FORM_FILLOUT contains the e-mail standard text for sending
interactive forms by e-mail. You can also use your own e-mail templates
instead of FORM_FILLOUT. For more information about the configuration
