Changing a Land Register Page 

Use

You can change the details of land register pages that are already defined in the Object Management - Real Estate.  You may need to change the land register details for the following reasons :

·        Change the land register type of a land register page

·        Correct the land register details

·        Restructure the land register

 

It is possible to change the following details of a land register page :

·        District court

·        Page

·        Register type

·        Old referece identification

When you change the above mentioned details, a warning message informs you that you are changing the details of the land register identification. If you choose to continue, a new identification key (for internal use), will be generated for the land register page.

 

Prerequisites

The land register pages that you want to change must be existing in the system.

Procedure

       1.      Select the  Land Register button in the real estate object to which you want to assign the land register.

The selection screen with different selection parameters appears.

       2.      Enter the search criteria that you know. You can choose from the various selection parameters provided in the standard system.

The land register pages, that meet the selection criteria which you have specified, are shown in a list.

       3.      Select the land register page that you require.

The details of the land register page are shown.

       4.      To assign the land register page to the real estate object, select the row of the land register page and click on  with the quick info text Assign.
