Use

This workset links to the transaction for processing sales orders. This workset provides the Internal Sales Representative with access to transactions for order maintenance. Using this iView, an internal sales representative can:

·        Select and display existing orders according to several search criteria

·        Change orders on behalf or the Sales Representatives for example, add or update data, attach documents, send order acknowledgements.

·        Create new sales orders
