Definition

The complaints document represents a complaints procedure for an agency document or for another document (for example, a preliminary entry). Every complaints procedure is controlled using a complaints reason. The complaints status describes the progress made in the complaints procedure.

The complaints document is defined in the Business Object Repository (BOR) as an SAP business object (object type: BUS2144002). For more information see Business Objects, BAPIs, ALE Interfaces in Agency Business.

 

Use

You can enter a complaint using the agency document in question or using BAPI BAPI_ABCLAIM_CREATE and the corresponding IDoc type ABCLAIM_CREATE01.

You can also create an agency business portal that, for example, members of a pooled payment group can use to enter complaints.
