FunctionProfit Tax Return

 

You use this report to prepare a copy of your profit tax return.

To access the report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting · Financial Accounting · General Ledger · Reporting · Tax Reports · Russia · Profit Tax · Tax Returns · Profit Tax Returns.

Prerequisites

You have

  • Made the settings described in Customizing for Profit Tax.

  • Carried out the closing activities for profit tax accounting in Asset Accounting (FI-AA)

  • Carried out the closing activities for profit tax accounting in General Ledger (FI-GL)

Features

Selection

You specify which special purpose ledger to read the data from (in the standard system, JF), and which version.

In the General Selection Criteria group box, you specify which company code you want to prepare the tax return for, and for which fiscal years and posting periods.

In the Additional Selection Criteria group box, you can restrict your selection to specific profit tax objects.

In the Electronic File group box, you can define whether you want to create an electronic version of the of the profit tax declaration, and you can specify the format version, sequence number and name of the electronic file.

Output

The report displays a list with the profit tax return data. You can export the data to an Excel file in the official form.
