Outputting Tremcards
This description applies only to the output of single tremcards. For more information about outputting group tremcards, see also Single and Group Tremcards.
You have edited the necessary IMG activities in Customizing for Product Safety, particularly the IMG activities under Tremcard/Sales and Distribution Interface.
You have installed
WWI (Windows
Wordprocessor Integration).
You must have made the following settings so that you can output tremcards from the SD document.
· Your SD document must contain a material that is assigned a dangerous goods indicator profile of the rating relevant for dangerous goods and documents in the material master in the Basic Data 2 view.
· A real substance is assigned to the material.
· The real substance references a dangerous goods classification. This refers to a UN-listed substance. For these settings, see also Dangerous Goods Basic Data (EHS-DGP-BD).
· You have made value assignments for the real substance. You will find the value assignment types that are relevant for the tremcard in the DG_TRM property tree.
On the Usage tab page you have selected the rating DANGEROUSG and set the rating to active. The validity area ADR applies exclusively to the ADR; the validity area ADNR applies exclusively to the ADNR. REG_WORLD applies both to the ADR and the ADNR.
· You have specified the identifiers TRM-ADR (tremcard number for ADR/GGVS), TRM-ADNR (tremcard number for ADNR), TRM-GGVE (tremcard number for GGVE), and TRM-GGVE-S (tremcard number for GGVE replacement) for the real substance.

If the rail company provides its own tremcard, TRM-GGVE and TRM-GGVE-S do not need to be specified. TRM-GGVE can still be used to make it easier to find the rail-specific tremcard. If no tremcard is provided by the rail company, you can use TRM-GGVE-S to specify an appropriate substitute tremcard. After filling, the entry appears in the dangerous goods master on the Subs. rating tab page in the Repl. tremcard no. field.
· You have filled the dangerous goods master from specification management so that dangerous goods master records for the regulations ADR and ADNR are available for the material. You have assigned a processing status to the dangerous goods master records in the detail views on the Classification tab page, which is marked as a release status.
· In the course of filling, a tremcard number was stored for the regulations ADR and ADNR for the dangerous goods master records.
·
You have created
and generated a report for the real substance. See also
Report Definition
(EHS-BD-RDF).
The report generation variants TRMC-ADR (tremcard for road transport) and TRMC-ADNR (tremcard for inland waterway transport) are intended for tremcard processing.
In the report header you can enter additional real substances if you wish. See also Single and Group Tremcards.

Reports are always generated for one language only. The assignment in the report header also applies for one language only. To reduce the time and effort spent on editing, you can use the report program RC1GENREP. The report program generates reports in all languages of the countries in the validity area of the report generation variant and copies the specification assignments in the report header. Here you should specify the time period and language for which you have created your reference report.

1. Output tremcards for your delivery by choosing the output type TRM.
2. You can check the report shipping orders created using the transaction CVD1.
In accordance with your entries, tremcards are output for the mode-of-transport categories road (01) and inland waterway (03). For the mode-of-transport category rail (02), tremcards are output if no tremcard is provided by the rail company. See also Tremcard Processing.
Tremcards are output for the mode-of-transport category rail only if the transport is an internal transport within Germany and no tremcards from the rail company exist. In this case you must specify the tremcard number for road transport (TRM-GGVE-S).
If the Non-dangerous goods empty transport or Non-dangerous goods full transport indicators are set, no tremcards are output.
Tremcards are combined together for a delivery. If the same tremcard is assigned to a number of materials in the same delivery, the tremcard is output only once.
The delivery document and shipment document number parameters and the UN number in accordance with IMDG/IATA are added when the final report is generated.

The UN number in accordance with IMDG/IATA is output only if carriage by air or sea precedes or follows and if the number is different from the UN number in accordance with ADR. The UN number in accordance with IMDG/IATA appears on the tremcard in the Other information section.
