Deferred Taxes 

Use

In some countries, taxes are not recognized when an invoice is issued, but when a payment is made: Deferred taxes. For more information about the process of recording and handling deferred taxes in the system, see Deferred Taxes in Business Transactions.

Activities

To use the deferred tax functions, make the settings described in Customizing, and create the G/L accounts for deferred taxes as described in Creating Deferred Tax Accounts.

When you post accounting documents with deferred taxes, follow the instructions in Document Posting. To recognize the deferred taxes, used the Deferred Tax Transfer program.
