Questionnaire (Infotype 5141) 

Definition

Data concerning a link between a questionnaire and a candidacy, application, or candidate is stored in this infotype.

Use

In Recruitment, data relating to a questionnaire that a candidate completes in the course of his or her application using the application wizard or that a manager or recruiter sends to a candidate is saved in this infotype.

Structure

In this infotype, the following data is stored for a questionnaire:

●     Activity Type (activity type that contains a questionnaire)

●     Global Key for Activities

●     Status of Activity

●     Due Date

●     Type of Related Object (user who created the activity)

●     ID of Related Object (ID of user who created the activity)

●     Note for Activity (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)

●     Activity Category (Questionnaire)

●     Completion Date

●     User Name (person who executed the activity)

●     Process

●     Subarea of E-Recruiting (Recruitment)

●     Object ID of Talent Group

●     Time Stamp of Last Change

●     Object ID of Questionnaire (ID of questionnaire template, not of the completed questionnaire)

●     Global Key for Documents (ID of completed questionnaire)

●     Visibility of Questionnaire (indicator showing whether the questionnaire is visible and editable for the candidate in the application wizard, for example, or after the candidate has completed and submitted the questionnaire)
