Managing Folders and Objects in the
Gallery 
In the Guided Procedures gallery, you can:
● Switch between the standard list and detail view of the gallery
● Create and edit folders
● Delete and restore folders or objects
● Cut or copy folders and objects, and paste them to a selected location in the gallery
● Open an object’s design time
· You have launched GP design time.

Toggle gallery view |
To
switch from the default list gallery view to accessibility view, choose To
switch back to standard view, choose |
Create a folder |
... 1. Choose Create folder. 2. Enter a name and description for the folder. If other folders already exist, and you have selected one of them before starting the procedure, you must also choose if you want to create the folder in the selected or in the root folder. 3. Choose Create. |
Edit a folder |
... 1. Select the folder and choose Edit folder. 2. Maintain its name or description. 3. Choose Save. |
Delete folders or objects |
... To delete a folder or object, select it and choose Delete. |
Restore deleted folders or objects |
1. Open view Deleted Items. 2. Select the required folder or object, and choose Restore. 3. Select the folder, in which you want to restore the deleted item, and choose Restore. |
Move folders or objects |
... 1. Select a folder or an object, and choose Cut. 2. Browse the gallery and select the folder where you want to copy the item. Choose Paste.
You cannot move folders and objects to the root folder. |
Copy objects |
... 1. Select an item, and choose Copy. 2. Browse the gallery and select the folder where you want to copy the item. 3. Choose Paste.
This copy method is used for objects of type callable object, action and block. |
Copy processes

. 1. Select a process and choose Copy. A dialog box appears. 2. Choose one of the following options: ○ Copy Object Only the process itself is copied. The remaining items in the process structure are not copied. References to the items in the source process are used instead. ○ Copy All Both the process and the items in its flow are copied.
Only the actions and blocks are copied. You must
manually attach the callable objects for execution to the actions. For more
information, see 3. Browse the gallery and select the folder where you want to copy the item. 4. Choose Paste. |
Open an object’s design time |
Select the object in the gallery and choose Open... on the right-hand side of the frame. For more information about the object design times, see Design Time Tools. |
