Family Data Infotype: Special Schooling Assistance 

Definition

In this infotype (0393) you record data regarding assignment of special education assistance. You use this data to determine the total assigned to each employee.

This infotype is not relevant for retroactive accounting.

Structure

In this infotype you register the following information:

●     Family Member: This information represents a Family infotype subtype, that is a relative type. Therefore, the possible values in this field are defined in the Family infotype.

In order to enter data in this infotype you need to create a family member in the Family infotype. Otherwise the system will not allow you to make entries in this infotype.

●     Child number: This number represents a particular family member and also comes from the Family infotype data.

●     Child name: The system proposes one directly.

●     Schooling year: The system also proposes it but it can be overwritten.

●     Presentation period: It is important to determine if the employee will continue receiving the special schooling assistance.

●     Current year and Previous year determine whether the employee has submitted the school beginning certificate for the current school year and the school ending certificate for the previous year, respectively. This data is necessary in order to determine the continuation of payment due to special schooling assistance.
