Infotype Social Insurance (0392) 
In this infotype (0392) you record data referring to Social Insurance in Argentina. This data is used to determine the deductions and contributions to Social Insurance and in certain legal reports.

To run payroll you must maintain the employee Social Insurance data in this infotype. Where this is not the case, you reject the employee in payroll run.
Under this infotype you record the following data:
● Welfare Fund: data referring to the Welfare Fund the employee is affiliated to.
The possible Welfare Fund codes are defined in Customizing. To do this, see section Payroll Argentina ® Social Insurance ® Master Data ® Define Welfare Fund Codes.
If the employee has chosen a welfare fund different to the corresponding company fund, you must also specify the “original” welfare fund code, that is, the welfare fund that corresponds to the employee in accordance with the agreement established between the company and the respective union.
● Deductions and contributions: You use this information to differentiate employees with regard to Welfare fund deduction and contribution calculation.
● Type of Retirement System: Information regarding whether the employee participates in the capitalization system or distribution scheme.
● AFJP Code (Retirement and Pension Fund Administrators): The following data must be specified only if the employee participates in the capitalization system

● Employee Activity: Information about the employee activity code provided by the Internal Revenue Service (DGI)
The possible DGI activity codes are defined in the Implementation Guide. To do this, see section Payroll Argentina ® Social Insurance ® Master Data ® Define DGI Activity Codes.
This data must appear in certain legal reports.
● Social Insurance Employee Grouping:Item that assigns a set of specified contribution percentages to each employee.
● Service character: provided by ANSeS. This information should be stated in the Service and Remuneration Statements.
