Creating Drafts

Procedure

...

       1.      Choose  Recipe in the Recipe Workbench by double-clicking it.

The initial screen of the Recipe Information System is then displayed.

       2.      Choose  with the quick info Create.

       3.      If you want to use a recipe as a template, enter the recipe key under Source.

       4.      Under Target, choose a recipe type that supports versions and drafts.

       5.      If necessary, enter a key for the recipe. If you do not assign a key, the system numbers the recipes automatically.

       6.      Confirm your entries.

The  Basic Data tab page is then displayed. The recipe is also automatically assigned a version and draft number, which is added to the key and the version number (for example, NAME.001.000 for the first version and first draft).

       7.      Save your entries.
