In this infotype you store the employee’s SI information.
The data you enter on this infotype is read by:
· The Belgian payroll program (RPCALCB0) to determine the amount of both employer and employee SI contributions and/or reductions.
· Report DMFA report (RPCDMFB0) for declaration purposes.
· Report Creation of Belcotax declaration tape (RPCTXBB0).
This infotype is split as follows:

Employee status
Enables you to specify employee-related information:
¡ INSS number.
¡ Branch to which the company belongs.
¡ SI employee category.
¡ Worker status, that is, whether a worker is either an artist, a border worker or a worker holding an entry-level position.
¡ Profession group (only valid for companies either active in more than one business sector or providing multiple services).
¡ Position of the worker and thus his/her contractual remuneration on a daily basis.
¡ Apprenticeship type.
¡ Risk inherent to an activity, as described in the risks table used by the insurance companies to determine the insurance premiums for accidents at work.
¡ Remuneration method used for determining the worker’s remuneration.
¡ Worker’s employment status even though he/she is retired (valid for working retirees).

Reductions
Enables you to specify:
¡ Applicable SI reductions for both employers and employees.
¡ Whether or not an employee is hired on the basis of an employment promotion measure.
¡ Certificate required for a specific deduction.

Additional data
Enables you to indicate generic information used for various purposes, mainly
for social insurance and taxes such as:
¡ The SI country, that is, the country in which the employee pays his/her SI contributions and taxes.
¡ The correspondence language.
¡ The nationality code.
¡ The Factory Shutdown code to determine the correct contribution rate.
You must have performed the relevant activities under the Social Insurance section of the Implementation Guide for the Belgian Payroll:
· Multifunctional Declaration (DMFA)
· Dimona Declaration
