Individual Appraisal 
An appraisal where one appraiser appraises one or more persons or objects. Only one appraisal document is created.
Individual appraisals are suitable for depicting the following appraisal processes:
· Annual Performance Appraisal
The supervisor holds one-on-one interviews with his or her employees. During the interview they discuss the employee’s level of achievement regarding previously defined objectives and assess the employee’s overall performance.
· Business Event Appraisal
Each participant makes an assessment of the business event once it is over.
