Select the
appropriate field and choose 
Selection
options.
The system displays a dialog box where you can maintain the selection options for the field.
In the project structure
overview (transaction code CN41N), you can choose Selection options in the input help.
2. Choose the required option.
3. To select all the values except the one specified, click the green Select traffic signal. This then switches to red (Exclude from selection).
