Data about requirements regarding a candidate’s qualifications is stored in this infotype.

Use

In Recruitment, the qualifications a candidate must have in order to qualify for an open position are saved in this infotype. The manager or recruiter enters the data when creating the requisition.

Structure

In this infotype, the following data is recorded for the required qualifications:

·         Hierarchy Level in Qualifications Catalog (indicates whether it is a qualification or a qualification group)

·         Object ID of Qualification or Qualification Group

·         Proficiency of a qualification

·         Qualification is Mandatory (indicator)

·         Weighting of Qualification

·         Other Qualifications (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)
