Archiving Summarized JIT Calls 

Use

Using the archiving object PP_SUMJITC you can archive summarized JIT calls. The archiving data consists of the summarized JIT call header, its items, any existing valuations (for materials managed in batches) and, if necessary, corresponding entries from the dependency table for deliveries.

Integration

When archiving, the system locks all the calls to be archived to avoid any data inconsistencies.

Features

The following functions are available for archiving:

Action	Description	Program
Archiving	The archiving program records the summarized JIT call data in an archive file with a special archiving structure. If the operation was successful, it deletes the data from the system directly after the archiving using the deletion program – depending on the settings in Customizing. Otherwise, you can start the deletion program separately.	RSUMJITC01
Deleting	The deletion program deletes all the transaction data of the archived data from the system.	RSUMJITC02
