When you process a notification, you can use this function to make a telephone call to a customer, vendor, or other partner directly from notification.

You can initiate an outbound telephone call in a notification from the:

• Partner overview screen
• Worklist screen for notification processing
• Action box as a follow-up function (provided the follow-up function for outbound telephone calls was activated in Customizing for the action box)

You choose the function for outbound telephone calls in the partner overview screen, in a notification list, or in the action box.
