Candidates’ basic data is recorded in this infotype.

Use

In Recruitment, data entered by candidates in their profile and data recorded by recruiters and managers are saved in this infotype.

Structure

The following data is stored in this infotype:

●     Candidate Status

●     Candidate’s Self-Description (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)

●     Experience Abroad (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)

●     Link to the homepage of the candidate

●     Interest Group of the candidate

●     Registration of Candidate Deleted (indicator)

●     Data Privacy Statement Accepted (indicator)

●     Candidate has been Ranked (indicator shows whether a data record for the Ranking infotype (5142) exists for the candidate)

●     Candidate Ranking (average value of all rankings submitted for the candidate. These rankings are saved as data records for the Ranking infotype (5142).)

●     Inactive Employee (indicator shows whether the candidate is an employee who is currently not working in the company)
