Country Version Thailand enables you to handle sales transactions so that they are taxed and documented according to Thai requirements.

That means that in the basic sales process, the system automatically creates tax invoices for all appropriate transactions and assigns them to the appropriate business place. You can print out copies of tax invoices – and other forms of output, such as debit memos and credit memos – for your customers. And the system can automatically withhold tax on any credit memos that you create.

SD also supports other sales processes with requirements that are specific to Thailand, including:

• Sales orders that include free goods
• Sales orders with complimentary goods only
• Sales of goods from vendor consignments
• Sales orders for goods under warranty

Finally, SD also covers special requirements for exports invoiced in foreign currency, which according to the Thai Revenue Code need to be priced using a particular exchange rate.
