When you create a risk assessment, you first create the header data. By means of the header data, you specify for which agent and which work area you are performing the risk assessment.

As you can distinguish between the different operation statuses of the work area, you must also specify the operation status before you perform an assessment.

The following information is included in the header data:

• Agent type
• Agent
• Work area
• Plant for work area (display only)
• Operation status of the work area
• Reason for the risk assessment
• Initial status for release of data record
• Note text
• Administration data (display only)
