Use

The Process Instance Manager allows you to manage running GP processes (process instances) by:

Assigning standard process roles to additional users for each process instance

     Terminating process instances

     Unlocking locked process instances

Features

Process Instance Manager - Search Form

Using the search function, you can find all relevant process instances. You can choose between the following search modes:

All Processes: all processes, including both multi-instance and single-instance processes

     Single process: only single-instance processes

Background documentation

Already when you create the process template in the design time, you determine whether the process will be a single-instance or a multi-instance process at runtime. For more information about the properties of such processes, see Structure linkCreating Process Templates.
