Use

This workset contains the transactions for inquiry maintenance. An internal sales representative is a contact person for the customers and is responsible for answering customer inquiries and maintaining them in the system. Using this workset, an internal sales representative can:

·        Select, display and change existing inquiries

·        Create new inquiries

·        Create follow-up documents to an inquiry, for example, a quotation.
