Checking the Target Plan 

Use

To help you in the planning phase, you can run a simulation of time evaluation for a future period using the RPTIME00 report.

This enables you to check working time provisions without having to save the shift plans first. You receive a quick overview of your employees' capacity utilization and of any overtime that may arise.

Prerequisites

You use time evaluation (PT-EV).

You have set up your collective agreement provisions in the Implementation Guide for time evaluation.

Activities

To run a simulation of time evaluation for an individual employee, select the employee and choose Check Working Time.

To run a simulation for all employees for an unrestricted period, choose Update Time Evaluation Results.
