Procedure documentation Deleting Holidays from Public Holiday Calendars Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Procedure

  1. Choose Human resources ® Time management ® Administration ® Work schedule ® Holiday calendar
  2. Select Holiday calendar and then choose Change.
  3. The system displays all existing public holiday calendars.

  4. Select the public holiday calendar from which you want to delete a public holiday and then choose Change.
  5. A list of public holidays currently assigned to the selected public holiday calendar appears.

  6. Select the holiday you want to remove from the public holiday calendar.
  7. Choose Delete assignment.

Result

The selected holiday is deleted from the public holiday calendar.
