Procedure documentation Assigning Holidays to Public Holiday Calendars Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Procedure

  1. Choose Human resources ® Time management ® Administration ® Work schedule ® Holiday calendar
  2. Select Holiday calendar and then choose Change.
  3. The system displays all existing public holiday calendars.

  4. Select the public holiday calendar to which you want to assign a public holiday and then choose Change.
  5. A list of public holidays currently assigned to the selected public holiday calendar appears.

  6. Choose Assign public holiday.
  7. A list of all public holidays defined in the system appears in an additional screen.

  8. Select the holiday you want to add to the public holiday calendar.
  9. Choose Assign public holiday.

Result

The public holiday calendar now includes the holiday you selected.
