Managing Your Project in Development 

The Project Generator places your project in the folder ...\INETPUB\WWWROOT\ of your Web server machine.

The project is a Web site on the Microsoft(R) Internet Information Server (IIS), and you can manage it from your Unifier Management Console.

You develop your project while it is connected to the server environment with live links. You have to make sure that the IIS is properly configured and running when you are editing and scripting your project. Also check that you have a proper OLE DB connection to your database server.

Use the Unification Server’s Tracer tool to track the performance and operations of the system.

Viewing a Project in Development

Immediately after you have generated your Database Unifier project, you can access it from the Unifier Management Console to view it.

To access your project from Unifier Management Console:

·         In the Console tree, under your project, click the Home Page node.
