For contract billing in the commercial and industrial customer area, it is regularly necessary to execute cross-contract billing. You can process these cross-contract conditions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), in the Master Agreement function. The corresponding function in SAP IS-U is the Master Agreement.

A decisive calculation base is the determination of the total consumption for several single contracts. This determines, for example, a scale or zone price, or a percentage amount-based discount.
