Utility-Specific Settings for Business Partner Relationships and Partner Roles

You make the settings described here after you have made the general business partner settings from the set-up and load guide for SAP CRM, the settings from the utility-specific set-up and load guide for business partners (see SAP Solution Manager), and the configuration settings for SAP CRM as described in the SAP Solution Manager.

The concept in SAP ERP ensures that the business partner relationships between the business partner in the SAP CRM system and the business partner in the SAP ERP system are exchanged. Also, the partner roles (table KNVP in SAP ERP) of the SD customers are exchanged with the partner functions of the CRM business partner. The contact partners (table KNVK in SAP ERP) are not included.
If you do not maintain the partner roles directly, you only work with queue BUPA_REL, and not with queue CUSTOMER_REL.
Control Table Conversion
In SAP ERP, make the following entries for the BP Releationship object in table COM_BUPA_CALL_FU (set the call indicator):
