A fact sheet provides you with a condensed overview of an account, based on several sources such as master data, statistical data, and transaction data. This data is retrieved from SAP CRM, SAP ERP, and SAP Business Warehouse (BW). Fact sheets enable you to see quickly and easily the most important details of your key customers.
Using fact sheets, you can retrieve essential information quickly, for example, when interacting with customers on the phone or preparing a sale meeting. A PDF version provides a summary of critical information that can be used in situations where mobile access to SAP CRM is not available.
A preconfigured fact sheet is delivered and can be changed if necessary. For more information, see the generic description of fact sheets in the WebClient UI:
For more information about customizing the PDF version, see SAP Note 1040229.
Fact sheets can be online or in PDF format. Multiple PDF fact sheets can be assigned to an account, but only one online fact sheet.
Fact sheets are available on the Account
page (by choosing More...
at the top of the overview page).
Online Fact Sheet
The online fact sheet offers all the assignment blocks available on the overview page and, in addition, assignment blocks with information integrated from SAP BW, SAP ERP, and SAP CRM.
Standard personalization options are available from the online fact sheet page, enabling you to select which assignment blocks and columns are displayed.
PDF Fact Sheet
The PDF fact sheet has a different content to the online version and incorporates information from SAP CRM and SAP ERP only.
You cannot personalize the PDF fact sheet: The assignment blocks available are determined by the role to which the fact sheet is assigned (the Sales Professional
role in the standard delivery.
A PDF version can be created with up-to-date data. Once it has been generated, it can be saved to your local disk or printed in the normal manner.
When creating an activity for an account, you can generate a PDF version and attach it to the activity.
