The component SAP Dispute Management
(FIN-FSCM-DM
) contains functions for processing receivables-related dispute cases. It supplements the logistics process chain Purchase Order – Delivery – Invoice – Payment in the stage between invoice and payment if there are discrepancies with the customer.

SAP Dispute Management
is a component of SAP ERP
, which you can call up in an ERP system via the SAP GUI interface or as a Web dynpro application. Alternatively, the SAP Dispute Management
functions are available in the Interaction Center
of SAP CRM
in the form of the Work Center for Dispute Case Processing. As it has been integrated with the Interaction Center
, you can use SAP Dispute Management
in a shared services center, for example.

independently of this work center if you want to link a service request with one or more dispute cases. You can find further information under Linking Service Requests with Dispute Cases.
