Integration

SAP Dispute Management is a component of SAP ERP, which you can call up in an ERP system via the SAP GUI interface or as a Web dynpro application. Alternatively, the SAP Dispute Management functions are available in the Interaction Center of SAP CRM in the form of the Work Center for Dispute Case Processing. As it has been integrated with the Interaction Center, you can use SAP Dispute Management in a shared services center, for example.
