Features

You can do the following to create and manage partnerships:

  • Create and maintain partnerships.

  • Create and maintain partner point accounts.

  • Can sell points to partners.

  • Buy points from partners.

  • You can settle point balances using the CRM_LOY_PSH_POINT_SETTLEMENT report, based on the buy and sell transaction types selected. The report creates sales orders and returns of these types to settle point balances.

  • For each point account ID, there is a settlement material used to create follow-up sales orders to charge the partner for earned points. Points settlement is a process where the outstanding balance of the account is resolved in one of the following ways:

    • Debit

The loyalty program partner is charged for all points issued to the members that were not purchased in advance from the loyalty host.

    • Credit

The loyalty program partner receives a credit note for a positive account balance.

At the end of each billing period, if negative point balances are allowed for a specific point account, the loyalty host bills the partner for the point usage, which is the negative amount of points in the partner’s point account.

  • You can generate account statements for either all of the partnerships or only selected partnerships using the RLOY_PSH_ACCOUNT_STATEMENT report. The PDF is displayed as an attachment in the Attachment assignment block of the respective partnership overview page.

  • You can integrate partner activity processing with partner point accounts using partner point transactions.
