The component SAP Collections Management
(FIN-FSCM-COL
) supports you in proactive receivables management. Using collection strategies, you can valuate and prioritize customers from the receivables management point of view. Customers who meet defined rules in a strategy are distributed to worklists. The collection specialists in your company can use them as a basis for contacting customers in their order of priority, and collecting the outstanding receivables.
