Working with Business Roles
You can use predefined business roles to access all the data and information that you require for your daily work, at any time. You log on with your business role and have access to all applications and data that are assigned to this role.
Note
System administration creates your business roles for you, determines the role content, and assigns the required authorizations. If you have authorization for certain business roles, you can use the functions of the communication management software, for example, making and accepting calls.
