The following documentation contains information about the basic settings that are required for the business process Pipeline Performance Management (PPM). PPM is an interactive application that helps sales professionals to analyze their sales pipeline. It works in real time thereby allowing sales professionals to trigger immediately the right actions to resolve issues and to meet sales quota targets. The PPM business process is built on top of pre-existing business processes in SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) and leverages existing SAP standard sales processes in SAP CRM. These business processes include:

· Activity Management
· Account and Contact Management
This business process does not require SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence.
